UBM Turns Up the Energy at the 2025 PRINTING United Expo

Turning the Page on Print & Mail Innovation


The print and mailing world converged at the three-day 2025 PRINTING United Expo — and UBM made our mark. Held October 22–24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, this year’s show broke records: more than 30,000 registered attendees, representation from 104 countries, and 838 exhibitors spanning over 1 million square feet of exhibit space.


From the moment the doors opened, the floor was buzzing and lots of excitement in the air! Innovative booths, live demos, and nonstop networking filled every aisle. UBM was right in the mix – engaging clients, learning industry trends, and further elevating our position in the mailing and logistics ecosystem.


Connection


Our UBM team had a fantastic three days in Orlando. We welcomed longtime clients and new prospects alike to our booth, strengthened relationships, and sparked new conversations and new connections. From chats in the morning, to impromptu meet-ups on the show floor, to dinners that deepened our bonds, the show delivered on opportunity and camaraderie.


UBM’s Show Impact


We came to the show ready, and we delivered:

  • We left with a strong queue of follow-up opportunities leads from booth visits, conversations overheard in the halls, new vendor/partner contacts and most importantly, clients excited to explore next-level mailing strategies with UBM.


Looking Ahead


As the show wrapped on October 24, we walked away energized and focused. The industry is changing fast, and so are we.
