2026 NPF Phoenix Recap: Connections, Energy & Exciting New Beginnings

The 2026 National Postal Forum officially kicked off in the best way possible with our Client Appreciation Party on Sunday, May 3, in Phoenix. What an incredible evening it was!

We were fortunate to be surrounded by so many amazing people from across the mailing and logistics industry. The turnout was fantastic, and the atmosphere throughout the night perfectly reflected what makes this industry so special; relationships, collaboration, and genuine connection.

Guests enjoyed great food and drinks, live music, and games throughout the evening. Most importantly, the event gave us all an opportunity to relax, reconnect, and spend quality time together outside the busy trade show environment. We truly appreciate everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so memorable. We adore our clients, partners, and friends throughout the industry, and we never take those relationships for granted.

Energy & Excitement on the Show Floor

As the show floor opened at the Phoenix Convention Center from May 4–5, 2026, the energy carried right into the exhibit hall. The floor traffic ebbed and flowed, but one thing was impossible to miss — the excitement surrounding the UBM booth during our “Game Changer” tournaments.

The competition quickly became one of the most talked-about attractions on the floor. Crowds gathered around the booth throughout the tournaments, and at times, you could hear cheering from across the convention center as contestants battled for bragging rights and cash prizes. It brought a fun and competitive energy to the show!

A Week Filled with Connections

Beyond the excitement in the booth, the week was filled with productive meetings, client lunches, dinners, networking events, and conversations about the future of the industry. Our schedules were packed from start to finish, and we wouldn’t have had it any other way.

One Unified Family - UBM, Enru & Mystic

One of the biggest themes throughout the week was the buzz surrounding the continued growth of United Business Mail. Attendees were excited to learn more about UBM’s recent acquisition of Enru Logistics and the merger with Mystic Logistics. Together, we’re building a stronger, more integrated organization that combines commingle expertise, transportation, logistics, technology, and nationwide mail optimization solutions under one unified family.

The excitement around these additions was felt throughout the week, and the conversations reinforced what we already know, the future is incredibly bright. By expanding our logistics capabilities alongside our trusted mail solutions, UBM is positioned to deliver even greater efficiency, visibility, flexibility, and value to clients across the country.

Looking Ahead to Orlando 2027

As we wrap up another unforgettable National Postal Forum, we want to sincerely thank everyone who spent time with our team in Phoenix. Whether you attended our client party, stopped by the booth, participated in the Game Changer tournaments, or met with us throughout the week, we appreciate your support and partnership.

We’re already looking ahead to next year and are excited to continue the momentum at the National Postal Forum 2027 in Orlando, taking place April 25–28, 2027. We can’t wait to see everyone again.
