The United States Postal Service (USPS) grants postage discounts to mailers who barcode and sort their mail to specific zip codes. United Business Mail uses the combined "buying power" of all our customers to achieve the greatest discounts possible. In turn, United Business Mail shares a part of these discounts with you, and we do all the work. This process is completed by:

OCR Reading & Barcoding – United Business Mail can read most machine fonts, as well as most handwritten pieces to ensure that your mail will qualify for both postal discounts, as well as expedited delivery.
Combine/Commingling – United Business Mail combines (commingles) your mail with mail from our other clients, thereby increasing volumes going to individual zip codes and increasing postal savings.
NCOALink® – United Business Mail is licensed by the USPS to provide an automated system that updates addresses by matching names and addresses of over 40 million Change-of-Address records on file. A mail piece updated with NCOALink can be delivered directly to the new address, rather than forwarded from the old address.
Endorsement/Redating – Forget to spray “Presort First Class” on the mail piece? Wrong meter date? No problem. United Business Mail has invested in the technology that can correct these issues, in-line, during the sorting process.
