United Business Mail was overjoyed to be back, exhibiting in-person at the National Postal Forum (NPF) conference in Phoenix, AZ on May 15-18, 2022. The NPF is the premier mailing a nd shipping conference that works directly with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to provide the most comprehensive educational and networking platform for the mailing and shipping industry.
Advance of the show, United Business Mail hosted an intimate dinner party with the UBM team, vendors and clients. It has been over two years since United Business Mail has hosted such an event let alone exhibited and attended a large conference in-person. Seeing smiles on all the faces and holding conversations across the dinner table was absolutely priceless. New this year, the NPF conference was a two day show, instead of three days, along with educational sessions throughout. The exhibit hall was full of excitement as the doors opened to the show floor each day of the show. United Business Mail exhibited in a 10x20’ booth and we think it’s safe to say that all booth visitors had FUN in the UBM booth! With the UBM Gold Rush theme in-place, visitors had the chance to win real gold, chocolate gold coins and gold bars, cold hard cash, and gift cards. The Carrier Route Commingle Plinko Board was a big hit. Some booth visitors preferred the UBM Photo Booth route, while others opted for the chocolate gold coins and goldmine gum.
United Business Mail enjoyed all booth visitors and celebrated all of UBM’s innovative solutions offered to the mailing industry – 6-day mailing pools, 24-hour turnaround, In-Home Planning and the most recent, Carrier Route Commingle approval from the USPS. United Business Mail is proud to provide a process that enables mailers to combine their mail streams to maximize postage discounts.
After a busy few days out in Phoenix, Arizona, United Business Mail had a successful show with quality leads and extraordinary visitors to the booth, including the Postmaster General Louis DeJoy.
